How to install Windows VPS under Hypervm

1. No network adapter on your windows vps - fix it by installing ntfsprogs from http://pkgs.repoforge.org/ntfsprogs/ - find the correct version for your centos OS
2. Cannot create ostemplate - fix it by go to the VPS Home > Network > Network Bridge, here choose your network brigde, most of the time it's Xenbr0 -> save then reboot vps
